Enrique Pachecho completed a course in professional photography at E.F.T.I., specializing in documentary photography and reporting. He continued studying documentary filmmaking at the Instituto del Cine de Madrid (N.I.C.). His first documentary, “Al calor de las Chimeneas,” examines the problem of climate change in Spain. He completed this project with the support of numerous independent associations, which collaborated with him in promotion and presentation. The opening was in the CBA Circulo de Bellas Artes in 2006. He has developed projects of documentary photography in Denmark, Lithuania, Poland, and in Iceland, where he teaches photography and filmaking workshops every summer. Currently, he is directing the documentary “Clubbing,” an audiovisual piece about the club culture in Spain that has been created by the spread of electronic music.
